Logistics & Delivery Policy
At Bhava Food and Research Labs Pvt Ltd, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and reliable delivery experience for our customers. Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days from the date of purchase.
- Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details via Whatsapp/SMS/Email. The order can be tracked through the delivery partner’s app.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier service efficiency, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or government restrictions.
2. Address & Contact Information
- Customers must provide accurate shipping addresses and contact details at checkout.
- Bhava Food and Research Labs Pvt Ltd is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If the contact number provided is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, the courier company will attempt delivery multiple times before marking the package as undeliverable.
3. Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery

If the order is not delivered despite multiple attempts, a repayment will be made after deducting the following charges:
- Return to Origin (RTO) charges
- Shipment fees
- Product damage fee (if applicable)
- If the customer fails to answer calls from the delivery partner, no repayment or refund will be issued.
4. No Return Policy
- As our products are food-based, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is dispatched.
5. Refund & Replacement Policy
We take utmost care to deliver products in perfect condition. However, in rare cases where you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must:
- Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos and videos as proof of the issue.
- If the claim is valid, we may issue a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.
Refunds are not applicable if:
- The product has been opened, consumed, or mishandled by the customer.
- The complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery.
6. International Shipping (If applicable)
- Customers are responsible for any custom duties, import taxes, or regulatory clearances in their respective countries.
- Bhava Food and Research Labs Pvt Ltd is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or country-specific import restrictions.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- Once the order is handed over to the courier company, Bhava Food and Research Labs Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any delays, damages, or misplacements caused by the logistics partner.
- Any disputes regarding delivery must be taken up directly with the respective courier provider.
8. Modification of Policy
Bhava Food and Research Labs Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Please check this page regularly for updates.
